PDQ Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

I'm being a little generous with 3 stars, but PDQ, just open for a few days, was clean, the people were friendly and the service was quick, so that counts for something. Then there's the food... I tried the basic 5 piece (chicken tender) meal with fries and added a blueberry cole slaw. The chicken tenders were ok, but not as tasty as chick-fil-a and a little too greasy. They were moist though! The fries were totally limp and soggy. You'd think with a limited menu that at least the fries could be fresh. I had taken my order to go and was on my way to an appointment, so I wasn't happy when I discovered they had forgotten the cole slaw. I went back in and, while there was no apology offered, they did offer to cook fresh fries and got me a cole slaw. I didn't have time to wait for.a fresh order of fries, but the new ones were better. The cole slaw was ok. My son liked it, but for me it was regular slaw with shriveled blueberries. I had hopes for something more original in terms of the preparation. So, I may go back, but Chick-fil-a, Chipotle Grill and Thai Bay are all really close by, so unless the food gets a lot better, I won't be visiting much!

We came here for lunch yesterday to see what the hype is about. The place is between a Chick-Fil-A and a KFC. There's nothing fancy about it and I didn't have high expectations for it either. The grilled chicken sandwich topped with honey mustard and a side of fries were good. Plus, they have the freestyle coke machine, which is so awesome. It has over a hundred different ways to customize your drink. The attentive staff went around asking everyone if they were happy with their meals and cleared off the tables if necessary.

Great place to catch a fast bite alot fresher than McDonalds . A little bit on the pricey side but it's good for you. When they first opened it was excellent it's sorta hit and miss now depending on what manager is working but overall I eat there at least once a week

I am updating my review...cause I think that someone listened... tried again today. My order was ready in 3 minutes in the drive thru! I had the grilled chicken sandwich (like I should have ordered the other day) and it was fresh, hot ...and the chicken was larger than the bun, seasoned right...and the lettuce was cold, crisp and fresh -- that never happens anywhere! Way to go PDQ for fixing any mistakes. Your (same guy) drive thru person smiled and was super nice! Thank you - I didn't get in trouble today for being late back to work from lunch :) Visited today and boy ... long time wait in the drive through about 15 minutes and only one car ahead of me. Got the chicken cali grill sandwich - grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, ranch on nice bread. Minus one star: Bread is way too big and chicken too small for the bread, minus two star: chicken is rubbery and had no seasoning, weird texture when chewing it, minus three star: THE WAIT and no customer service at the window...blah. I have been to PDQ before and loved the grilled chicken sandwich with pickles. I should have ordered that today maybe. I love Chick Fil A so much better - grilled chicken is seasoned and more tasty. Kind of expensive at PDQ too..sandwich was $6.00...and not big enough to be satisfying. Won't be back.

Used to be a regular customer, now just on occasion. Today was such an occasion (a Tues around 1:50pm), and again I came away disappointed. The first cashier was less than lackluster, my crispy chicken was only slightly warmer than warm, and my blueberry coleslaw was leaking all over the bottom of the bag. Seriously, if I was looking for this kind of attention to detail, I would have just gone to Wendy's on 45th St. Good thing the food is still decent, and the quality of shakes still prop up a measly 3 stars - and just barely so.

By passing PDQ on way to Zaxby's Ocheechobee! YUM zaxbys blows PDQ away. So fresh and tasty. I'll never go ti PDQ again

This is a great place for an alternative to typical fast food. Its doesnt make you feel gross afterwards like other places. The cusromer service is shockingly friendly. They even make sure to say your name when the hand you the food. My favorite thing on the menu is the buffalo blue chicken sandwich. The salads and shakes are great too.

WARNING: Super Addictive food Once you've been to PDQ once- you will forever have PDQ on the brain. Do not go here if you want to remain sane, they are the best establishment for fries and chicken burgers I've ever been too. I had a consulting assignment in Fort Lauderdale and ate at PDQ daily, I think they can call themselves Perfect Daily Quality, This place is the best, and I can and have a habit of eating here every chance I get. You put some garlic sauce on the fries and you're in heaven I'd like to personally write a paragraph just about the staff of this establishment. Im not just speaking about the manager, but about all the employees as well, I've never found an establishment with a more hospitable staffing department. Companies should take into consideration your strategies and your hiring practices, because your staff makes me feel like I'm at home, and thats something I've never said about a restaurant. Their are five star restaurants that need lessons from your corporate training. I'd also like to say, I've tried a majority of their items (especially when one used to eat their daily) and I have never had one item that wasn't perfect. I tell all my friends about this place and in fact.. when PDQ opens up today for lunch, I'm going to be there (made myself too hungry by writing a review about them) To whomever invented PDQ.. I wanted to say.. Thank you- I hope everyone can go to PDQ

PDQ is one of our favorite fast food places. The food is always hot and fresh. The tenders are a solid option, but my favorite thing to get here is the crispy turkey sandwich. It is so good and the piece of meat has always been a fair bit larger than the bun. Their sauce selection is also impressive, my favorites are the creamy garlic and sweet heat. If you're up for dessert the apples and toffee are delicious!

  • Lani B.

I had the chicken tenders with the blue cheese dressing. Fries came with it. I thought that they were very good and crispy. The fries were crispy too.

I usually love this place, it's always fresh & fast but today I got a milkshake from the drive through and it seemed a little off. Usually it is creamy and delicious but this one was melted during the first few sips and after that it was frozen solid. It seemed like maybe it had already been prepared and then stuck in a freezer or fridge. Whatever the case... I am writing this review from the toilet. :(

Fun modern atmosphere, decent food, and friendly staff. Be sure to try their homemade sauces (particularly chipolte BBQ) and yummy sweet tea. Definitely a perfect place to bring a group for a good and inexpensive time.

Love this place! The food is always fresh and the service is always friendly. They have a limited menu but everything on it is great. Try the sweet heat and creamy garlic dipping sauce.

The dining room was spanking new and beautiful, and the soda fountain was one of those digital Coca Cola machines with 300+ varieties. But the food was rather so-so, I'm sorry to say. I ordered a meal of 4 crispy/crunchy tenders and fries, and I was hardly full. The sauces tasted bottled and mass-produced -- a far cry from the restaurant's mantra of 'fresh' as explained by the manager, who as proof pointed to a worker squeezing lemons for lemonade. Perhaps they could have made a blue cheese dressing from scratch, too? The chicken was tender, but it wasn't that tasty. I expected a little spice or at least some sage (one of the Colonel's 11 herbs and spices....shhhh). However, the restaurant should serve as a big hit with the lunchtime crowd, people on the go, or families. Kids just love chicken tenders, so perhaps PDQ can exploit this as its sweet spot. I hope it works out for them.

Fresh fresh food with amazing tenders, salads and real shakes along with a nice dining room experience and really friendly service. The only things that undercut it one star are the limp noodle fries and lots of high fructose corn syrup in the ketchup and all those Coke products. A really fresh idea? Get a ketchup vendor without the poison please and you have every health conscious consumer looking to keep their taste high and their wright low .

They told me it was better than chick fil-a and it's not even close; not in the same league.

  • J M.

I decided to try PDQ 3 more times. Each time I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries. Every time I asked for no pickles and for extra crispy fries. Well not only did I get pickles each time but the fries were always soggy and greasy. Is it that hard to get an order correct? I think they should pay some more attention to the Q (Quality) in PDQ. I will not be going back.

Finally a chicken sandwich place that rivals Chick-fil-a. It's good to have a choice.

  • Maggie R.

This is really as good as it gets for counter service food. Best chicken tenders I have ever had. Best yet, there's a variety of dishes with chicken, from salads to sandwiches and usually all healthy options. Had a seasonal peach shake and it was great as well. Smooth but with chunks of peach...incredibly yummy.

Absolutely love this place! Everything about this restaurant is perfect. Always very clean & well organized. It's always so busy, but you would never know because of how spacious it is inside. The employees as well as managers are so kind & informative. On numerous occasions I have witnessed a manager guiding newcomers through the menu; the menu which is full of delicious food. They have everything from sandwiches, salads, & of course the old fashioned chicken tenders (which are my favorite). The only thing the menu lacksj is a healthy eating section. I also wish there was a nutrition fact sheet on hand for guests with concern. You'll want to choose lightly if you are dieting & having lunch at PDA. Another one of my favorite things is the sink to wash hands. It's interesting, not to mention the soap. The soap smells so great. Visit this place & you won't regret it.

  • Andrew D.

Wow I don't really understand some of the reviews is the chicken the best I have ever had no, but I think we have to remember this is fast food and by far is the best fast food around for the same price as McDonalds you really can't go wrong, I had the grilled chicken salad I give that in it self 5 stars!!!

  • Danny G.

A friend recommended that I try PDQ because I love Chickfila. I am happy to say PDQ is better!

  • Karina P.

PDQ service gets a 5 Star, they are really clean inside and they have the fastest fast food service in town. Within one minute they will have your meal ready. The food is good. I always order the chicken sandwich and coleslaw and lemonade. They dont have many items on their menu but i guess that works for them. Its always pretty full when i go so maybe i should try another menu item to see if i like it more. Overall i give the food a 3 star but the service a 5 star so thats why i gave them a total 4 star! Everyone should try it out!

I was shopping around Staples and Michael's on Okeechobee and this place was right there too, so thought I'd give it a try. The salad I had was surprisingly good (the grilled chicken). I was surprised at the amount of staff they had in there but of all the places I've been that are "fast food", these guys rock! I hope they keep it up with the greeters and the people asking if everything is okay (unlike Burger King or McDonald's). It's not one of those places you want to run back too-it's more of a convenience thing, but I might be back. Good luck to them!!

This place is absolutely awesome! Their quality and standards are above par! The service was exceptional, the food was fantastic and the environment was wonderful! It is definitely a place I plan on returning!

We have been to the original restaurant that started this franchise. It is called Tenders and is located in Cornelius, N.C. That restaurant was great and so was the food. We wend to this PDQ and the food is fresh and tastie, and the milk shakes are to die for! Highly recommend it!

PDQ stands for pretty Damn good!... awsome tenders...better than average sauces,...ultra clean and staffed

  • Maria B.

So I wasnt in the mood for tenders.. so I tried the grilled turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce. Awesome! I also subbed the french fries for blueberry cole slaw which actually works quite well. Very yummy. His chicken tenders were the best chicken tenders I've ever had, I kinda regretted not ordering them. the sauces were amazing, my favorite was the the bleu buffalo. They had extra milkshakes and since we were sitting at the little counter bar thing, they gave them to us. Excellent first experience. We'll be back.

  • G T.

The chicken tenders are excellent and especially in the salad with honey mustard dressing. I think one more tender would be perfect and a little more dressing. Tried their malt shake (it's ok) and lemonade. The BEST thing about this place is the SERVICE. This is fast food but you would never know it. We were asked twice how our meal was and when we were done, the guy came to clear out table even though you are suppose to bus it yourself. It wasn't that busy so they could do it but I've been to places where there is hardly any one there and you don't get this kind of service so accolades for this company. I'll be back!

  • Kate W.

Probably the best "fast food" I have ever had. The place was very nice and clean. They have a cool handwashing station and some cool soda machines, as well as great sweet tea. We both had chicken sandwiches, which were great. I had the apples w/ caramel toffee dip as a side and he had the fries. Both were very good, especially the dip w/ apples! Service was very friendly and quick, and a manager visited our table. I'll be back!

This is the third time I have been to this location since opening. The 1st time I had the grilled chicken sandwich combo, the sandwich was bland and taste like cardboard. The 2nd time I had a crispy chicken salad which was a improvement from the 1st time. This being my 3rd time I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was really good. The reason behind the rating of one star is because the the first time I came here the manager seen my military id when I paid with a debt card and said that all military get a discount. The 2nd time I used my id to get a discount. This time like the others and provided my id again except this time the manager stated that the other 2 times I was hear where mistakes and I should have never been given the discount and it is only for for police and EMT type people. I guess it is the way she came off, but the last time I checked cops and 1st responders go home every night to see there families after work. Where is any military personnel that has deployed leaves for 6months to a year to get shot at on a daily basis for less then minimum wage. I guess I am a little jaded and will never come back hear again and will recommend it to every one I come across not to go either...

I'd pick this place over chick-fil-a, as well as any other fast food restaurant any day. The kitchen staff are all super polite; they will occasionally walk over and ask you how you're doing and if you need anything else. The veggies are super fresh, unlike the stuff you'd find at Mcdonald's. The chicken in their "buffalo chicken sandwich" is fried to perfection and screams, fresh! You wont find frozen patties used here :) The buffalo sauce used on their sandwich is so delicious, you cant help but get angry when you see a pool of it sitting on the bottom of the wrapper (I'm definitely guilty of licking the wrapper at my own home). The fries, are flavorful and go really well with their garlic dipping sauce. I have tried their honey dipping sauce, but unfortunately, I do have to say that their competitors tend to have better honey mustard. I personally thought the honey mustard at PDQ is a tad too sweet. Overall, this place is om nom nom good :D

For easy healthy food my go to order at least once a week is grilled chicken salad and unsweetened ice tea! (I know, sounds boring, but it's good!) But I have tried the fried chicken and it is tasty! A few issues directed at CORPORATE and the OWNER. 1. Why did you start using cheaper little forks? I have been living with the problem for a while now, but it's not good! (Even Chick Fil A uses normal sized forks!) Come on! Try eating a quick lunch with man size hands using those forks, see what I mean? PLEASE go back to a normal size fork! 2. Please trim the tendon off the end of the breast meat. Maybe it's ok fried but grilled it's not edible! 3. Consistency PLEASE! It's the true test. Meat temperature and taste, portioning of dressing, way too much lettuce etc varies quite a bit. I order malt shakes and sometimes it's malty sometimes it's not. THANK YOU!

  • Mr S.

Besides the food being good, the customer service was above the top awesome! Chicken is fresh, tender and crispy. The sandwiches are great and the fries are addictive. Can't complain when you feed a family of five for less than $35 and it isn't crap!!

    (5)
  • Chris D.

the crispy chicken sandwich was unbelievable!!! The bread, the sauce, the tender chicken, it all combined to make one great sandwich. Beats out the Chic-fil-a chicken sandwich in every category! But don't leave after the chicken! Make sure to snag a milk shake. The ice cream they use for their shakes is quality. If you're not a fan of super sweet deserts, skip the "malted" option on your milkshake. Not only do they add malt, but they add fudge as well. It's really good, but it immediately smacks you with a sugar coma. Next time I visit, I may ask for "malted" without the fudge. I did try my friends shake and his was much better. Less sweet and almost just as delicious.

In the top 3 of best quality fast food! They totally get it! They have outstanding service and food. I use the drive -thru for most of my visits. They have staff with iPads standing in the heat taking orders from the cars in queue. They are friendly and efficient. They use your name throughout the transaction. I can appreciate their process since I am in the service industry. There is a window where you pay, where again they use your name, and another window to pick up food--use your name again! If you love hearing your name, you will frequent this place! The menu is quite simple...they serve chicken tenders, fried or grilled. You can order just chicken or it can be in the form of a sandwich or salad. Their batter is not a heavy coating, crispy. I haven't tried their fries yet. They have blueberry cole slaw that is light tasting. I love their sauces and you can have all of them free of charge so do it! When you dine inside, they have the same spectacular service. Plus they have a flavored water station with overwhelming options. It is always busy at lunch time so go earlier or later. PDQ...people demand quality and they deliver!

super clean restaurant and bathrooms.. friendly staff, good music, lively but calm atmosphere and the food is reasonably priced and tasty.. like the same prices as McDonald's but so much better.. my daughter and i go for the GRILLED chicken.. kids meal grilled strips is tasty and a decent price and i love their grilled chicken salads--so yummy, fresh and large - what a great deal.. my 9 yr old says "mom, this is sooo much better that chic-fil-a--not so salty and sugary"... she is a smart little girl.. pdq blows away chic-fil-a..

Even though our party of 6 arrived at PDQ after 9 pm, the service and quality of food we received last night was excellent. We stayed at PDQ until after 10 (closing time) catching up with family members who stayed at a nearby hotel for the evening. No one rushed us out.Restaurant is clean. Crew members circulate through the dining room from time to time to pick up trays, trash, and offer refills on drinks. My chicken salad with cranberries, toasted sweet almonds, and blueberry vinegarette dressing was fantastic. Blueberry cole slaw was a disappointment - there was a few blueberries tossed into regular cole slaw which didn't add much to the flavor. PDQ is a little more expensive than fast food joints but the quality and service is worth it.

Chicken meats healthy? (Ha! I know you saw that pun.) PDQ. People Dedicated to Quality or Pretty Damn Quick. It's about both. It's amazing to see in a sea of fast food competitors, how each can stand out. PDQ offers a large chicken and salad variety. A plus is the chicken fingers for example. You can get them 3,4,5,... With fries, without fries. A lot of customization available. I like smaller and don't like other spots where you gotta get 50 nuggets. The breading on the chicken is minimal which is good and bad. It doesn't taste as heavy, greasy and fatty as other places, but being a thinner layer of coating makes it easier to slip off the chicken. But tastes good. The fries are thin and taste fresh. There's many salad and healthier, non-fries offerings. Lunch or dinner this place seems busy often. They have drive thru.

  • Lisa T.

I love the grilled chicken salad. So yummy and healthy too. It has almonds and cranberries so it is interesting. This is a great place when you want good, fresh food fast.

  • Stephanie D.

LOVE!!!!! their chicken tenders with their homemade ranch sauce and also their chicken salads.

    (5)
  • Mike Z.

Been here twice now. Food is delicious and fast. Chicken tenders are so tender they fall apart in your hand. They have sweet tea, ice tea, or a coke machine that mixes different flavors into it. My one complaint is that the music is a little too loud.. maybe ill just do tbe drive thru next time

  • Caren K.

Wow. This is a fast food chain?? I had never even heard of PDQ since they don't have them in the Northeast. I actually thought it was a regular restaurant before I noticed the drive-thru. The staff were great. The guy that took our order actually came around during our meal to check on us. Its also nice that you can see them preparing the food and the chefs are wearing actual chef jackets. An awesome alternative to Burger King or McDs. The chicken Caesar salad was delicious and pretty big. I couldn't finish it all. I will definitely be picking this place in the future whenever I need a fast meal.

  • Cody M.

Wonderful "fast-casual" restaurant where you can get a good chicken sandwich or strips and fries quickly and affordably. The 'Q' stands for 'Quality', and they're all about giving you quality service and food. You can keep it around $8 a meal, and the place is outstandingly clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Their milkshakes are delicious and thicker than what you usually get at a fast-food-type place. Definitely check it out if you've never been for an easy meal.

Food is tasty and fresh. Modern new concept interior with cool hand washing station. Had the best chicken tender in my life there. U need to get 10 pieces +, otherwise you'll regret :)

  • Brian P.

I don't usually review chains, but when I do... PDQ! Weed through the fake reviews below (someone has deep pockets trying to deep 6 this place). To express the greatness of PDQ, I turn to mathematics: PDQ = (Chick-fil-A - hate) + Disney + Ikea Super clean restaurant, expert staff, and everything we've ordered there has been top-notch (took a star for the fries, which could be a leetle better). PDQ is now a part of our regular line-up and I predict global domination within a few years. Chickens beware.

    (4)
  • Allison T.

By far one of the best fast food places out there! Food is fresh, delicious and consistently yummy. The inside is always clean, provide great customer service, they have cool soda machines where you can create your own mix and the hand washing station is awesome.

  • Yanessa E.

So this is a chain? Doesn't feel like it! You order at the counter and are called when your order is ready by a man dressed in proper chefs attire. He passes by to make sure everything is going well with your meal, as does a young lady who must have stopped by our table about three times through out the meal, the overall service here is great. They have a great homemade lemonade which if you love lemonade then you'll want to try this one. Their chicken is delicious. I opted for the crispy chicken salad today and it was great, it comes with their homemade honey mustard, cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes. My husband had the crispy chicken sandwich and said it was as good as usual. Their coleslaw comes with blueberries and has just the right amount of mayo sauce. They have a side of sliced apples that come with a toffee cream sauce that is to die for. We don't live in West Palm Beach, but if we're ever driving north and want a quick, light on the pocket dinner we make a stop at PDQ (people dedicated to quality.)

I'm always working around PDQ and it's always insanely crowded so I'd thought I'd give the ol' PDQ a second try for lunch today. Unfortunately, I wasn't really impressed, yet again. My favorite part of PDQ is the eatery itself. There is plenty of seating all spaced well, and the high ceilings make the place feel bigger. The food comes out lightning fast. The microphone to call out people's orders is a great idea, but the place has so many people working there I don't see how hard it would be hard to implement the "take a number" system like other comparably-priced restaurants have... In my previous review I stated that the tenders tasted frozen. From my second visit, I can definitely say for sure this was untrue and I apologize for my misjudgment. Regardless, I got four tenders for lunch, with blueberry cole slaw, with a water cup, for $9.30. The tenders are good, but they are kind of small, and I definitely did not feel full at the end. I was excited about the cole slaw, until I realized it was just garnished with blueberries on top. I was expecting cole slaw with a slight flavor of blueberry. I feel like putting blueberries on top of already good cole slaw is a half-hearted attempt to be different that falls short of the finish line. Not impressed. In conclusion, I'm in complete confusion as to why this place gets so busy. The food, menu, and prices especially should not garner so much business. But then again what does grain taste like in the mouths of sheep? I still have a stomach ache from eating here, so at this point I'm going to take a nap, and dream about making my own blueberry cole slaw from scratch.....

  • Heather D.

I went to PDQ out of sheer curiosity and now I know. The food is as average as any other fast food place. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it tasted ok to me. The fries were soggy and over salted and "sort of" hot. Not sure where all of the 4 and 5 stars come from. But I did like that the counter asks for my name and then uses it. Kind of nice but food is average.

  • Jamie K.

The chicken tenders & shakes are great but the service and drive thru times are horrible. Just waited 18 mins in the drive thru. This is not ok. Trying to eat here on a lunch break is virtually impossible.

  • Lizz S.

I went through the drive through on a whim today and I am so glad I did. At risk of sounding like all the other reviews I'll begin with this: I'm a judgmental, stubborn Taurus woman who loves to stuff good food in to my 5 foot 5 inch 136 pound frame as often as possible. I value my meals. I cherish the first bite of something so good it makes you wanna slap your mamma (or call your mamma and tell her that you just ate some food that would have made you slap her if she didn't live in Jacksonville.) I ordered the kids meal for my two year old. Let me back up a sec and let you know we went through the drive through and I was a bit thrown off by the girl standing there to take my order. What does she do when it rains? Or when it's 99 degrees as it often is here in south Florida? What if someone runs over her foot? What if she has to pee? or poop? Or what if she just wants to sit down. I mean, geeze, I was so caught up in that aspect of the ordering process I almost forgot what I had decided to order. So, chicken finger kids meal with apples and apple juice for the tot and fried chicken sandwich for me. ($8.99 total) The chicken fingers were a hit with my tot although her favorite sauce was ketchup. The staff seemed friendly and amused by her screaming demands from her car seat for me to hand over the apple juice box pronto. I proceeded to swiftly turn around and give her that look my grandma used to give me and she calmed down - even more so after I gave her a section of one of her tenders. Of course I had to blow it cool first because they were piping hot and fresh. Awesome! The fried chicken sandwich was just amazingly juicy and hot and fresh - kinda like me! lol How fitting that I order it! there were fresh, thick pickles, lettuce, tomato, a little mayo and the bun was not to bready but not too weak that it fell apart as I devoured that sandwich. The sandwich came wrapped in wax paper so it didn't mess up my clothes - huge plus! And those pickles (I love pickles)! They were so different than the soggy, bland slivers of garbage (pronounced the fake French way) that usually comes on a fast food sandwich. They just made that freshly cooked, delicately put together meal of a sandwich worth the $4 and change that it cost me. (Kids meal was only $3.99 including the juice). The breading on both the tenders and sandwich was spot on. I got some chipotle bbq sauce on the side for dipping my sandwich in and it was delicious. A nice surprise I do not want to forget to mention was the toffee sauce that came with the apple slices. Didn't think my child needed more sugar than apples and apple juice (and ketchup) prior to her impending nap time so i neglected to give her the sauce. OMD (a three letter acronym for "Oh My DAMN!) it was so good! I ate what was left of her apples dipping them in the sauce while she slept away and I tell you what, that alone made me wanna call my mamma again. :)

I have never been able to give a restaurant, much less a fast food restaurant, a five star review. But PDQ earns it. I've been twice and both times I was wowed on all fronts- food, service, cleanliness. The first thing i noticed was the amount of people behind the counter! cleaning, cooking, running around- tons of them. Despite lines going almost out the door, we were helped in just a few minutes. It took only a few minutes to get my food as well. My first time I ordered a grilled chicken salad the cashier helped me choose. Lots of chicken, great honey dressing, and very fresh veggies. Second time I tried the chicken tenders, and they were wonderful. We were explained that the chicken is never frozen and breaded to order. It was steaming hot and the Buffalo Bleu sauce is AMAZING! Everyone is super friendly, and after sitting down with my dressings I was offered about 3 more sauces at my table. Ill be back often for lunch. The chocolate shake was great, was better than those at Wendy's, McDonald's, DQ, Checkers. Really thick and chocolatey. The lemonade is fresh and pretty sour. Not watered down at all. Really great, and I sincerely recommend trying it if you haven't.

Wow the best tasting chicken tenders to this day . I do travel a lot and always use yelp or trip advisor. Plain and simple great place any problem ask for john. The juice was oozing from the tenders that is fresh and the only other place to have chicken like that is in a small town in Illinois

I must say, this place is really good. It is hard to give any 'fast food' a five star rating, but PDQ comes close. Here is why...service, service, service. Wow, they are super friendly and the place is uber-clean. I have had their turkey burger, really good, but minus the cranberry sauce, which is just gross and fake. I have also had the chicken salad with blueberry vinaigrette which is good as is. Also love the fries and the garlic dipping sauce. Must say, although I have not had their chicken sandwich it is nice to know I can get a good grease bomb chicken sandwich minus the politics if I so desire.

Had to run an errand in the area and happened to spot this place and stop in. Staff is really nice and food was really good. I had the chicken tender salad and my boyfriend had the friend turkey sandwich and fries both were delicious. Definitely would stop by again especially since I pass it to go to work. Just opened up a drive thru as well.

Wow I've been here a few times since the place opened, and although I had high hopes that it wouldn't follow the template of great food when they first opened and ok food after a while, they seem to have done that. Still better than most though. Ok food at a good price is ok in my book.

This is the crappiest fast food yet! He ordered a turkey sandwich and it was the most disgusting reconstituted turkey! The blueberry cole slaw was disgusting. My chicken tender salad was like a bagged salad from Publis with some cukes and 1/2 grape tomatoes tossed in. The chicken tasted really weird. Will never return...nor recommend to anyone. What a joke!

the crispy chicken sandwich was unbelievable!!!

We have been to the original restaurant that started this franchise. It is called Tenders and is located in Cornelius, N.C. That restaurant was great and so was the food. We wend to this PDQ and the food is fresh and tastie, and the milk shakes are to die for! Highly recommend it!

THANK YOU!

Besides the food being good, the customer service was above the top awesome! Chicken is fresh, tender and crispy. The sandwiches are great and the fries are addictive. Can't complain when you feed a family of five for less than $35 and it isn't crap!!

Wow I don't really understand some of the reviews is the chicken the best I have ever had no, but I think we have to remember this is fast food and by far is the best fast food around for the same price as McDonalds you really can't go wrong, I had the grilled chicken salad I give that in it self 5 stars!!!

I had the chicken tenders with the blue cheese dressing. Fries came with it. I thought that they were very good and crispy. The fries were crispy too.

The chicken tenders & shakes are great but the service and drive thru times are horrible. Just waited 18 mins in the drive thru. This is not ok. Trying to eat here on a lunch break is virtually impossible.

By far one of the best fast food places out there! Food is fresh, delicious and consistently yummy. The inside is always clean, provide great customer service, they have cool soda machines where you can create your own mix and the hand washing station is awesome.
